I'm only giving a four star, as I would for some of my old favorite games because of the ending. I feel like all my hard work was for nothing. We don't see if she ACTUALLY wishes the village back or who the blue haired girl is all it is is a flash of light.

I understand that concept of open ending but for a game like this? Golly I put in enough work I want a big finally. It was very anti climactic.

Which is sad because my want to see her though and see what happen is what kept me going though even at my 200 life loss at 2-1 (It is really late and a bunch of them where me dosing off in the middle)

Again it's a really great game, as people have said, it's way to hard at the start and easy at the end. I think you should have switched the order to Castle, Mines and then Snow Fields (graveyard?) There where also times when I wasn't even near an object and it killed me, while other times I had stepped back after going though half a ghost and not dying.

Also it was fairly short other then the dying bits. If I was better with my coordination I could have flown though the game. I heard you where making a second game to this (though other reviews) So I hope this helps sort of.

I actually really liked the voice acting. :3

The sequel will answer most of these things, I didn't expect the reception I got, thank you for the review!

Cute

After I got the Ending where she was on the moon, I put him next to her and she keeps playing the harp for him.

It was really short but to the point. Although It took me a bit to get all the endings. You can actually do them all at once, I don't know weather this is bad or good...

Ending Spoilers:

You can do all the endings with out rewinding.
1.) Put him on the Boat, the moon will float away.
2.) Switch him and her, she'll play the harp for him.
3.) After that you can take a picture of the little moon, and give it to him for another ending.
4.) Put them on The seagull .
5.) Throw them in the water.

Wasn't Bad

IT wasn't a bad concept, but would be a much better mini game for a longer game. It was short, and got really fast at the end. Although for a night owl I have to say that is indeed very realistic, the closer you get the more you want to sleep.

I like how you had the boost, it helped out a lot in the beginning but I couldn't catch it when the eye lids got faster.

Over all good job.

Gerrr

I got an 85! If it wasn't for my weight! Awesome Quiz.

Meh.

Too much like cooking mama or the other games with out the accessibility to story line or power ups, or even different levels and food.

Very good try though. and looks like a good start for a bigger game.

Review And Tip For Players

Hello Nerdork,
First off I'd like to say a great game it is, not just because it's a Zombie game, but because of the story music and graphics. The controls and glitches really took away though. Though the zombie part did help a lot.

Start off with the story: I know that the finding your daughter/son/child(ren) has been done quite a bit, but you where able to make it your own. I thought I was looking for a little girl but when I found her (the 4th time though) She was an Adult/Teen. You even added some extra to it with the virus to make it a well rounded story, not just saving the girl. Also on that note with the survivors, I like how not every one of them had a gun, it was hard keeping those stupid ones alive, but it was fun if you went in a circle and got all of them, you where like an invincible group.

Music: Perfectly fit here I believe, with the rain and the sad music it makes it sad, and not too scary. It's really fitting.

Graphics: It's a 2D so I wasn't expecting much but the colors of the characters and back ground where vivid, but only enough to be so with out distracting from the darkness of it all. The way they run and walk, and how he grabs stuff is really well done, not lazy at all.

Controls: I do have to agree I would have liked to manage my own controls, or at least had fairly better ones It is hard to switch weapons when I have to use the arrow buttons and trying to shoot. If you had used WASD it would have been easier to manage all of them and would have kept both my hands where I needed them most.

Glitches: I do not know if this is done on porpase or if it is something you over looked... When you didn't find Anna, or made searching your priority and loose track, it all becomes 100% and doesn't allow you to find her, you end up getting blown up with the city.

Also, it is not a glitch but more then 5 hits of heath would be good too, it seemed like it was not enough when there was too many, though it was pretty easy to manage if there weren't too many zombies, or may-lay weapon Civilizations.

However, to the players, The Anna thing is easy to avoid. Simply keep and eye on your map so that you don't go over 100% for all of them and try to do the places with the lowest amount, keeping track of the ones that are 100% and you haven't gotten, this makes it easier to find the virus later. Anna is places randomly in the last block not finished, it doesn't matter where you start. Other wise you loose.

Happy Gaming!

Would have been 10 without the other few negative things I stated. Otherwise it was a very good game I can't wait until the next one (if so) and other games from you, I added you to my favorites list.

Ehh...

I don't get how to play there are no controls listed.
And honestly I'm not the type of person to just jump into the game.
don't see anything else good but the graphics.

sorry.

Sorry nothing more about me then my apology's for any spelling that might be misspelled. I still think you're an idiot though.
